We provide professional hand-delivery services across Hong Kong, tiered by region:

• We accept standard online payment methods as configured on our checkout page.

• Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, the transaction is final. As premium blooms are secured and custom-reserved for your order, we do not accept cancellations or refunds under any circumstances.

Floral & Botanical Disclaimer

•    Flowers and foliage are natural products; therefore, each bloom inherently varies in shape, size, color gradients, and opening stages. The delivered item will not be an exact replica of the catalog photos.

•    Dyed Flowers: To achieve our signature modern Ins-style color palettes, certain designs utilize professional color-enhancement or spray-dye processes. Arrangements using dyed flowers will be explicitly labeled on their product pages.

•    Substitution Policy: In the event of seasonal shortages, importing delays, or poor harvest quality, la FLEURISTE hk reserves the right to substitute flower varieties with blooms of equal or higher value, while strictly maintaining the original design's style, color theme, and premium quality without prior notice.​

Self-Pickup Policy (Kwai Fong MTR Station)

• Customers choosing self-pickup must collect their orders at Kwai Fong MTR Station within their selected date and pre-arranged time slot.

​

• Unclaimed Orders: Due to the highly perishable nature of fresh flowers, if an order is not collected on the designated date, it will be considered forfeited. The arrangement will be discarded at the end of the day, and no rescheduling, redelivery, or refunds will be issued.

Damages, Defect & Product Issues

​

• Please inspect your floral arrangement immediately upon receipt (either via hand-delivery or self-pickup).

​

• Natural Bruising: It is natural for the outermost "guard petals" of fresh premium flowers to show minor bruising or slight creasing due to transit movement. This is an organic trait of fresh blooms and can be gently peeled off; it does not constitute a defect.

​

• For major non-accidental damage or incorrect items, please take clear photos and contact us via WhatsApp within 2 hours of receipt. We cannot accept claims submitted past this 2-hour window or damage caused by improper subsequent care (e.g., exposure to heat, strong wind, or lack of water).

Inclement Weather Arrangements

​

• Delivery services will be suspended immediately if Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or the Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, to ensure the safety of our delivery team.
   

• In such events, we will proactively contact you via WhatsApp to reschedule your delivery to the earliest possible slot once conditions return to safe operations.
