Watering: Do not remove the flowers from the basket or box. Simply add a small amount of clean, filtered water directly into the center of the arrangement every day to keep the flower foam inside moist. 請勿將鮮花從花籃或禮盒中拔出。每天只需將適量清水或過濾水，直接注入花面中心的內置花泥中，保持花泥微濕即可。 Environment: Place the arrangement in a cool, well-ventilated area. Keep away from direct sunlight, air-conditioned drafts, and heat sources. 請將花禮放置於陰涼通風處，避免陽光直射、冷氣風口直吹及遠離熱源。
Hand-tied Bouquets
Trimming: Before placing your bouquet into a vase, trim the stems at a 45° angle by about 1–2 cm. This instantly increases the water absorption area. 在將花束放入花瓶前，請以 45° 斜角修剪花梗約 1–2 厘米，這有助於大幅增加吸水面積。 Changing Water: Change the water completely every two days. Wash the vase thoroughly and re-trim the stems to keep the intake fresh. 每兩天更換一次清水，同時清洗花瓶並再次修剪花梗，保持水質清新。

Strictly No Water: Preserved flowers are processed real flowers and do not require water. Keep them in a dry environment to prevent petal transparency, fading, or damage. 永生花為天然真花經特殊工藝製成，不需要任何水分。 請保持環境乾燥，以防止花瓣變透、變形或損壞。 Avoid Sunlight & Heat: Keep your arrangements in a shaded area. Direct sunlight and high temperatures will cause the vibrant colors to fade over time. 請放置於陰涼處，避免陽光直射及高溫環境，以維持花朵色澤的恆久鮮豔。 Gentle Cleaning: If dust accumulates, do not wipe with a wet cloth. Gently blow it away with a hair dryer on the coolest, lowest setting, or use a soft makeup brush to lightly dust them. 若日子久了累積微塵，切勿用濕布擦拭。 可使用風筒的「弱冷風」輕輕吹走，或用柔軟的化妝刷輕輕拂拭，即可恢復光澤。
