Deliver & Self Pickup Policy

SELF PICKUP

Location: Nam Cheong MTR Station
 

Important Notes

  • Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth pickup process.

  • If you need to make any changes or delays, please contact us in advance to rearrange your pickup time.

We strive to ensure that your orders arrive safely and on time. Please read our delivery policy for more information.

​Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to the following areas:

  • Hong Kong Island (+$120)

  • Kowloon (+$80)

  • New Territories (+$120)

Please note that delivery to outlying islands may incur additional charges.
 

Delivery Schedule​

  • Please provide the recipient’s full name, delivery address, and contact number at checkout.
     

Delivery Time

  • Our standard delivery window is between 12 NOON and 8 PM. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred delivery time, but please note that it may vary based on our delivery schedule.
     

Failed Delivery

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to issues beyond our control (e.g., recipient not available), we will make every effort to contact the recipient. The order will be available for pickup the following day at Nam Cheong MTR Station.

  • A re-delivery can be arranged, but additional fees may apply.

送貨時間

  • 我們的標準送貨時間為中午12點至下午8點。我們將盡力滿足您的送貨時間要求，但具體時間可能會根據送貨安排而有所變動。
     

送貨失敗

  • 如果由於我們無法控制的原因（例如收件人不在）而未能成功送貨，我們將努力聯繫收件人。訂單將在第二天可於南昌地鐵站取貨。

  • 可以安排重新送貨，但可能會收取額外費用。
