Delivery Districts & Fees

We provide professional hand-delivery services across Hong Kong, tiered by region:

• Hong Kong Island / Kowloon / New Territories: A flat rate of HKD $100 per order.​

​

• Free Shipping: FREE delivery will be automatically applied to orders over HKD $3000 (except for remote areas and outlying islands).

​

• Remote Areas & Outlying Islands (e.g., Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Airport, Ma Wan): A flat rate of HKD $400 per order.
  This region is excluded from the free shipping offer.

Daily Delivery Slots

​

We offer three daily delivery windows. You may specify your preferred slot under “Notes for the Order” at checkout:

•    Slot 1: 11:00 – 14:00

​

•    Slot 2: 14:00 – 17:00

​

•    Slot 3: 18:00 – 21:00

​

Due to traffic conditions, weather factors, or peak delivery volumes during major holidays (such as Valentine's Day, 520, Mother's Day, etc.), we can only guarantee delivery within the selected time frame. We cannot guarantee an exact, down-to-the-minute arrival time.

Handing & Recipient Contact Procedures

​​

• Recipient Contact: To guarantee the freshness of the flowers and a smooth handover, our courier will typically call the recipient to confirm availability before dispatch. If your order is a complete surprise or requires confidential handling, please explicitly state this in the order notes.
   

• Unattended Deliveries: If the recipient is unreachable or unavailable upon arrival, the courier will either leave the arrangement with the building's management/front desk (if permitted) or contact the sender to arrange a redelivery. Any redelivery charge incurred (equivalent to the original regional delivery fee) must be covered by the sender.

Modifications & Cancellations

​

• Since every floral piece is meticulously custom-prepared and hand-crafted in advance, any changes to the delivery address, date, or time must be made via WhatsApp at least 48 hours prior to the original scheduled date.
   

• Modifications or cancellations made within less than 48 hours are strictly non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Thank you for your understanding.

Inclement Weather Arrangements

​

• Delivery services will be suspended immediately if Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or the Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, to ensure the safety of our delivery team.
   

• In such events, we will proactively contact you via WhatsApp to reschedule your delivery to the earliest possible slot once conditions return to safe operations.
